Mon 26 February - RAINHAM TO PURFLEET VIA RSPB RAINHAM MARSHES - Leader: Sharyn W & Angela S
A perfect winter’s walk. Although the scenery has some industrial units dotted about, the route to the reserve is evocative and atmospheric with fine views across the marshes and the Thames. This walk allows time at the RSPB Rainham Marshes which hosts a wide diversity of bird life.

Some want to crack on and get to the RSPB site for the promise of warmth and a hot drink while others want to look at our feathered friends
Another snow storm coming in from the North East. From Russia with love
Every now and then the sun would come out but very briefly. Here we have the assertive Lapwing, Britain's only wading bird to have a crest
