Along Darent river on flat flinty paths, past Tudor Lullingston Castle, up a fairly steep hill for wonderful views before gently down to Eynsford. Up quiet Austin valley on country lane, then fields and woods (1 steep up and 1 steep down - poles may be useful) to Shoreham. Drop out possible at Eynsford station. Lunch: Eynsford - picnic or Plough Inn
