We will cross the Thames from Goring to Streatley, before following the Ridgeway path up on to the Downs and then turning towards Aldworth, where we will have our lunch. The route back to Goring ends with a steep climb, and a view over the Thames, before a steep descent, and re-crossing the Thames into Goring. Apart from this climb the walk is through undulating, downs, farmland and woods. Lunch: Pub/Picnic The Bell Inn, Aldworth
