Wed 17 July 2019 - 11 miles - SOLE STREET CIRCULAR (ALECK'S WALK) - Leader: Dudley C
Through a surprisingly remote and very attractive part of the North Downs using a route originally devised by South Bank member Aleck Thomson who sadly died last year. This walk is in his memory. A couple of steepish ascents and could be muddy in places after rain. Note that there are no toilets at Sole Street. Lunch: Picnic but good pub stops at the end which I expect to be circa 16.00
