The Wealdway is an 83 mile walking route that connects the Thames Estuary with the English Channel through the Weald of Kent and Sussex.We travel by bus from Uckfield to the start of the walk at E Hoathly.The route passes through pretty Sussex villages of Chiddingly, Hellingly, Upper Dicker and Arlington with impressive churches and follows the Cuckmere river. The South Downs beckon.Wealdway 8 will be on Sat 7 September. Lunch: Picnic
