A brisk walk from Otford quickly climbing back onto the top of the Downs, with good views to the south, then descending into the village of Wrotham, crossing the M20, through Trosley Country Park before heading towards the River Medway to Halling. There will be a few steep hills.NDW Stages 7 to 11 will be in 2020. Lunch: cafe or picnic at Trosley Country Park
