South Bank Ramblers

Sat 12 December 2020 - 8 miles - LIMEHOUSE TO LEWISHAM  - Leader: Ann C

From Limehouse Basin, we follow the Thames Path to Canary Wharf, then cross the Isle of Dogs, walk down the East side as far as Island Gardens, and take the foot tunnel to Greenwich. Brief lunch and loo stop in Greenwich, followed by a winding route through old Deptford & St John's to Lewisham Station. River views and lots of boats in the morning, a little history and a stretch of the Ravensbourne in the afternoon.
