Saturday, 9 October 2021 - BOX HILL AND WESTHUMBLE TO REIGATE - 10 miles - Leader: Sue E
Rolling Surrey countryside along parts of the Pilgrims' and Greensand Ways. Going steeply half way up Box Hill, we then turn East to skirt it. Through woods and fields towards Betchworth then past the Windmill on Reigate Heath to Reigate and return to London.
Some ups and downs that may be slippery or muddy if it has been wet, so poles may be useful.
Lunch: picnic lunch at Betchworth where there is a pub for drinks. Tea opportunities in Reigate.
