A pleasant walk following the Ingrebourne River, with a detour past a windmill in Upminster. One of the easiest sections of the Loop, though a few sections may be muddy or waterlogged after heavy rain.
Lunch: Cafe/picnic at Ingrebourne Nature Discovery Centre
