A leisurely walk by water meadows through fields following the Darenth river valley to Lullingstone Park. The return leg of the walk via beech and chestnut woods takes in views from the hills overlooking Shoreham village before descending back into the Darenth valley.

Lunch: Early lunch or picnic at Lullingstone Leisure Centre.
