Wednesday, 5th January - GREENWICH CIRCULAR - 7.5 miles - Leader: Antonella G
From Greenwich station through the park. We shall cross the heath at Blackheath and aim down towards Lewisham. The way back route follows the Ravensbourne river.

· Blackheath sight: the Pagoda

· Heron at Brookmill Park and the Ravensbourne

· Lunch stop – it’s cold, so if we’re not on time, we’ll be left behind

· Group enthusiastic to carry on, so we head to the tunnel for the Isle of Dogs

· Foot tunnel under the Thames

· Island Gardens and a pause for the view

· Aaah.

- The riverboat journey back
