We are pleased to let you know the arrangements for South Bank members to celebrate their Christmas Lunch on Saturday 6 December 1-4pm at :

The Alexandra is a well established pub near Wimbledon Station. A maximum of 40 can be seated in the main dining area.
Lunch will be proceeded by a winter walk starting at 10:30 from Wimbledon Park District Line station led by Linda C:- WIMBLEDON PARK TO WIMBLEDON
The cost for the Christmas Lunch is £40 plus 12.5% total £45.
A deposit of £10 per person is now payable to Hamish who has paid a holding deposit to the pub.
With each person paying the balance on the day, drinks are payable on ordering at the bar.

The organisers of this year's event, Hamish and Heather, will then send details for the transfer of your £10 deposit.
They will ask you to make your food choices online with any special dietary requirements before 20 November.

It is a condition of the Alexandra that once your food order has been placed you will have committed to paying for the entire meal.
