Moderate pace heading down through woods to follow the lovely Chess Valley, then up hill for lunch at Sarratt Bottom. After lunch we descend to follow the Chess to Rickmansworth. Can be muddy. Lunch: Pub/picnic Cock Sarratt Bottom
