From Seaford station we take a bus to East Dean.Starting at the picturesque village of E Dean, we walk down to and accross the Seven Sisters cliffs, then down to Cuckmere Valley and along the nature reserve to Exceat and back up hill to walk down into Seaford along the seafront. Opt out at Exceat by bus to Seaford available. There are many steep ascents and descents, but we can take our time to enjoy the views. Lunch: Picnic only
