The National Garden Scheme opens private gardens for charity.Moderate paced walk with plenty of ups and downs in the morning. There is a longer climb up to the North Downs Way. Through woods and along tracks. Some steep steps down. An early picnic lunch before arriving at Titsey Place gardens (NGS entrance fee £5), where we can explore 15 acres of formal and informal gardens. After, we continue the walk to Oxted Station, with some tarmac walking. Lunch: Picnic lunch
