Via Denham Village and golf course along the Grand Union Canal and Colne Valley Trail to Pynesfield Lake (all flat) for lunch. After lunch on the Hillingdon Trail with some inclines through fields and woods with stiles, to Rickmansworth. If you don't fancy the inclines it is easy to self navigate (similar distance) along the canal to Rickmansworth. Lunch: Coy Carp pub,or picnic
