A short urban walk looking at some remnants of old Stratford. Mainly on pavements but also going through Stratford Park (not the Olympic Park) and West Ham Park.Meet outside Stratford Station. Follow signs for the Town Centre exit (NOT the exit for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping Centre). This is the exit close to the Jubilee Line and DLR platforms. Once through the barriers veer right towards 'Robert', a heritage locomotive displayed on the station. Lunch: Pub/cafe/picnic at Stratford at the end of the walk
