South Bank Ramblers

Wednesday, 30 March 2022 - SEVENOAKS CIRCULAR - 10.5 miles - Leader: Gary  W

What better way to celebrate the return to British Summer Time than to walk the super Sevenoaks circular? We will exit Sevenoaks via the Cricket ground and Knole Park, pass through Godden Green, and continue to Ightham Mote for lunch, at halfway through our walk. We will return to Sevenoaks along the Greensand Way, passing across One Tree Hill, and through a different path across Knole Park. Some climbing in the afternoon, but not very steep or very long. Beautiful views to the south, and just one very low and easy stile all day. Can be a bit muddy in places, if there has been recent heavy rain.      Lunch: Picnic or café at Ightham Mote
